POLICY RENTAL
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Our prices include:
- Bed linen and towels on a weekly basis.
- WiFi internet connection.
- Use of the tavern.
- Use of the outdoor barbecue.
- Independent heating.
- Final cleaning. However, it is required that the flat is returned in the same condition in which it was found.
EXTRA
Extra costs not included in the flat:
- Extra extra bed in the flat, at a cost of €25 per person per night.
- In the week Promo Skipass Free, the sofa bed has a cost of 50 € per person per night.
- The sauna costs € 10 per person for 2 hours.
DEPOSIT AND RENTAL
In the winter and summer season, flats can only be rented with a minimum of 7 days.
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation:
- Up to 31 days before arrival: the deposit of 30% of the total amount will be retained.
- From 30 days prior to arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, no amount will be refunded.
- For stays of less than one week, 10% will be charged on the current price, plus final cleaning.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check in takes place at the facility in Via Florin 488/e, Livigno (SO).
During the winter season, bookings are made from Friday to Friday, and during the summer season from Saturday to Saturday.
We ask you to inform us of your arrival time.
When checking in, we will ask you to hand over your documents for registration on the Questura systems. We will also ask you to pay the balance of your bill when you hand over the keys.
- Check in from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Check out by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
