Place of jurisdiction
Should a legal relationship arise between the user of the website and Elena Lafranconi, that relationship shall be governed by Italian law. The data relating to the connection and navigation within the Site (such as the URI-Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment) are collected for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site; to the exclusion of this possibility, the data will be deleted after the time required to provide the services illustrated on the Site has elapsed.

3. Optional provision of personal data

6. Place of data processing and scope of data communication
The processing operations connected to the services provided by the Site are carried out at the LH offices indicated in point 1 above and are performed by LH’s data processors.
Some processing will also be carried out at the premises of external suppliers of LH appointed to carry out activities related to the management and maintenance of the Site, as well as related to the services offered by LH. These subjects are appointed by LH as Data Processors pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR.
For these purposes, the data may also be temporarily transferred abroad, including to countries outside the European Union, but always solely and exclusively for the purposes outlined above and in compliance with the guarantees set out in Article 46(3)(a) (“Subject to the authorisation of the competent supervisory authority, appropriate safeguards may also be in particular …. . a) contractual clauses between the controller or processor and the controller, processor or recipient of the personal data in the third country or international organisation”) and subject to the condition set out in Art. 49(1)(b) of the GDPR (“In the absence of …….. appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Article 46, including binding corporate rules, a transfer or a set of transfers of personal data to a third country or an international organisation shall be permissible only if ….. b) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the controller or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject”).

7. Rights of the persons concerned

8. Applicable law
Italian law is exclusively applicable to these terms of use. The place of jurisdiction is Sondrio, in implementation of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) The law requires that the processing of personal data is based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and that the data is processed in such a way as to ensure adequate data security.
9. Revision Clause
LH, reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without prior notice, this Privacy Policy in consideration of changes in laws or regulations on the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users on the home page of the Site as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site in this same section.
