Superior multi-room apartment, located on the first floor, comprising 4 double bedrooms (can be separated into single beds on request), with flat-screen TV in each room, 4 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Living area equipped with kitchenette with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (espresso, American and mocha), electric water boiler, two comfortable sofas (one convertible into a double bed for the ninth and tenth person with extra charge) and flat-screen TV.

Flat-screen TV
The living area is furnished with two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, and a flat-screen TV connected to digital terrestrial television.
Microwave oven
The kitchen is equipped with a classic oven with an integrated microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (espresso, American and mocha) and electric water boiler.
Dishwasher
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary crockery and a convenient dishwasher.
Washing machine
Inside the apartment you will find a very convenient washing machine.
Balcony
The apartment has four balconies with views on two sides (north/east and south/west) and an ashtray for smokers.
Barbecue
All apartments can use the barbecue in the common area of the garden of the house overlooking the forest.
Ski storage
Included in the rent is a convenient storage room for your skis, snowboard or mountain bike, equipped with private lockers and boot warmers.
Boot warmers
Inside the ski room you will find lockers for two pairs of boots and skis each. The flat has 4 lockers.
Wi-Fi
The apartment provides a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can surf without interruption.
Heated parking garage
The apartment has a parking space (standard size cars) in a heated garage accessible by an internal and external staircase.

The tavern is perfect for a cosy gathering of family and friends, with board games, cards and a drawing corner. Or it is the ideal place for sports groups to conduct their lessons, aided by the large wall-mounted television.
To improve the liveability in our flats, harmonisation work has been done with EcoSistemica. Through the beneficial frequencies of colours and shapes, used specifically in each individual room, our guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene; appartamento accogliente, con tutti i confort. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di usufruire della spa, ambiente curato e completo di sauna, zona relax e docce. La signora Elena è stata disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste e molto gentile!!
Consigliato per una vacanza a Livigno.

Sehr schöne, saubere und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon des öfteren im Sommer wie im Winter im Lucas Haus und fanden auch die Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrrad und Ski sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Durch die gleich gegenüberliegende Bushaltestelle gelangt man jedoch ohne Probleme ins Zentrum.
Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden...!!!!!

Amazing appartement!
We have been coming to Lucas Haus for 3 years now. It is a newly renovated appartement where every room has a private bathroom. Very clean and a great shower.
Good location because of the busstop right in front of the appartement, so it is easy to get to Montolino and Carosello 3000.
