Do you have a bicycle storage room?
We have a dedicated room to store your sports equipment (skis, snowboards, bikes…) Each flat has a key to access it and is shared with the guests of the other flats.
How far are you from the village centre and the ski lifts?
You can walk to the centre of Livigno in 30 minutes, or take the free bus that serves the whole town. The nearest ski lift is located 30 metres away, No. 9 Palipert, which is connected to the Carosello 3000 ski area.
Do you have conventions with restaurants?
Of course! At the Amerikan Hotel, located 300 metres from the flat, you will have a 10% discount on lunches and dinners… Also at the La Pòsa Gourmet Restaurant, located in the centre of town, you will have dessert offered for your lunch or dinner.
What about the wellness centre?
Inside the structure we have a Wellness area with Finnish sauna and emotional shower at a cost of €10 per person for 2 hours.
