The emotional shower is a special practice that combines colour therapy with an intense water jet. In this way, it is possible to achieve not only an improvement in physical well-being, but also that of the mind and psyche.
Tavern
The tavern is the perfect place for a cosy gathering of family and friends, with board games, cards and a drawing corner for kids. It can also be the ideal place for sports groups to conduct their lessons and meetings, it has a large wall-mounted television that can be used as a display.
Ski and Snowboard
Winter holidays in Livigno will surprise you with the natural beauty of the valley and its active soul, full of outdoor activities you can try. You can choose to ski down wide slopes of various levels for everyone’s reach, have a freeride with our experts, or go cross-country skiing on the 30 km track where the sun never fails. More than 150 instructors trained by the Italian Ski School are at your disposal to teach you the technique of all disciplines, from alpine skiing to snowboarding, from telemark to Nordic skiing. For the more adrenalin-fuelled, there is no shortage of options: surfing in Italy’s largest snowpark, exploring Livigno from above by paragliding or on board a helicopter; you can also reach evocative environments by snowshoeing or ski mountaineering, the two classic ways of getting around in winter nature.
Wellness and relaxation in nature
There is not only MTB, hiking and trekking in Livigno. There is also excursions, climbing with our Alpine Guides, horse riding, paragliding, golf and tennis. There is really no shortage of sports in Livigno! If you dear more, you can also test the navigability of the Livigno Lake by doing kayaking, stand-up paddle and pedalo. You can also throw yourself into the aerial routes of the Larix Park, set in one of our most beautiful alpine forests.
Bike
Livigno offers also 3200 kms of enduro, cross-country, all-mountain, downhill, e-bike, cycle tracks and road bike trails to satisfy everyone. For the younger ones, Livigno offers also few bike skill centres where they can learn the grip with two wheels. You can also find lift facilities with mtb transportation, hotels and apartments fit for bike services, as well as bike rentals and bike shops. There is also a weekly program with excursions of different levels in the company of qualified MTB guides. Whatever your speciality is, Livigno is waiting for you!
